Peculiarities of Pace (Feel This Way)

I wrote this song a couple years ago after really trying to make a relationship work, but I just couldn’t. The quickest indicator was that we were never walking at the same pace. He always wanted me to slow down, but I wouldn’t. So I wrote this song. Doesn’t matter what you blame it on, sometimes you just don’t feel the way you’d like to. You don’t ask for it. It’s just how it is.
